Why are you here?

This blog is here to help you and me become better people through our commitment to improve our lives over the next 100 days.  Can you go without soda? french fries? Can you drink 8 glasses of water? eat fruit for breakfast?  Can you do 10 pushups a day? 50 crunches? run a mile?  I challenge you to discover the better you by committing to a goal for the next 100 days.  How much healthier and happier can you be?  There's only one way to know.

I started 100 days of running 37 days ago and I feel like it has changed my life.  Regularly training for distance running left me with several days where I would not run.  I thought why not do a short one or work on speed?  If you commit to exercise, give yourself a "day off." You need a day when you are doing the work but at a minimum effort.  My minimum is a mile, but you can do a half mile or 4 minutes whatever suits your needs and ability.

I am starting 100 days of abs today with a minimum of 50 crunches.  I will be doing plank work, reverse crunches, ab ball, etc to give myself variety.

So what are you waiting for?  What can you do to improve you health and happiness?  Want some ideas?  Let me know what you're thinking and I can give you suggestions and give you ways to stay on target to reach your goal.

Come join me and dozens of others that have already committed to change their life.  Start today and be a better you!
